How to fit your external bottom bracket (Hope Technology)

Here's a fairly straightforward "video how-to" on doing simple maintenance/cleaning of outboard-style bearing bottom brackets, from the Hope Tech website. I don't have an external BB-type crankset myself (currently have ISIS cranks/BB), but hope to have them on my next build ;-)
