Hyperlinks in Blogger

I've found a niggle in setting up hyperlinks in my posts: clicking on them opens up the target webpage in the same window as my blog, requiring one to click on the Back button just to return to the blog. I'm wondering if there's a way to configure the hyperlinks to automatically open the target webpage in another window (or tab, in the case of Firefox)... hmmmm...
